To achieve this, we work closely with individuals, families, community groups, housing providers and employers to offer a wide range of flexible, innovative and person centered support solutions to promote independence and encourage people to have choice and control over their own lives.
Everything we do at Clarendon Wellbeing House is guided by the people who use our services, so the support we offer through ‘Supporting You’ is completely dependent on the needs of each individual.
To ensure we are meeting our goals, we carry out reviews of our services regularly. We are committed to provide an effective, timely and friendly supported living services to each and every one of our clients, in doing so we promote our values to our staff, essentially bringing about great care and a smile on the faces of our residents.
We are registered with CQC for Supported Living with Personal Care for people with Learning disabilities and Mental health.
